A leader is easy to spot… A leader always takes personal responsibility instead of pointing a finger. They look in the mirror, not out the window. A leader doesn’t need to push others down to elevate themselves. They are a source for solutions, not a waterfall of excuses.
A leader earns followers from a long history of consistent actions, not quick talking rhetoric. A leader never needs to steal food from another in order to feed themselves. A real leader is easy to spot… but they hard to find.

So when you find them, don’t take them for granted.
