The commercial value of persistence is often misunderstood.
It’s not about persistently doing the same old thing over and over again. If you’re not getting the right results, doing more of what doesn’t work is not the answer.
It’s about having a goal and then persistently doing what’s required, to make your goal a reality. It’s about persistently turning up, when it’s easier not to. It’s about persistently seeking the answers, people and resources you need.
