I am the co-founder of First Fridays Fort Wayne – a local leadership development forum.  We are entering our 7th Season in September, 2023. I have been leading and developing people for over 20+ years in both profit and not-for-profit organizations.  In 2016, I became a certified speaker, coach and trainer with the John C. Maxwell Team.

I have addressed audiences from 10 to 10,000 around the world.  I have coached leaders in the areas of training, staff coaching, personal development, and public speaking/presentations.  My passion is to influence leaders to succeed who will in turn influence other leaders to succeed.

I am a 1982 graduate of Taylor University.  I earned an M.A. from George Fox University in 1990.  I also earned a certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of Notre Dame.  I have served as a teacher, music director, pastor, manager, and now a business executive.
